WALKING CLUB

WHITLEIGH WALKING GROUP.

Some of you may think it’s just a walk, but there is so much more to experience. Taking an hour out of a busy day to bask in the sounds, smells and calmness of the woods to practice mindfulness can really boost your mental wellbeing. Also a lovely cup of tea and some biscuits on occasion, help warm the soul.

Joanna, who is our Green Connector, is amazing. She has a way of showing the woods through a completely different perspective. This group is very calm and the walks are at a slow pace giving you chance to take in your surroundings.
